Who we are

San Damiano is an organic and educational farm surrounded by nature in the Brianza area, close to Como, Lecco and Milan.

It is a family-run farm: the owner has a long standing experience in environmental education, a university education in biology and ecology and a fair trade lifestyle.

 Activities

The farm specialises in organic farming (seasonal fruits and vegetables), as well as producing fruit juice, jams and small plants for greenhouses and nurseries.

The products, all organic certified, are sold to privates, to ethical purchasing groups and to commercial businesses.

Since 2004, San Damiano is an educational farm, officially recognised by the Lombardy region authorities for its hospitality and environmental education: both schools and oratories are welcome, guided visits were designed and internship and working opportunities were created.

Also, in the beautiful green landscape of San Damiano, the cooperative organises meetings and other activities related to the organic farming, healthy living and eco-friendly lifestyle world.
