Who we are

Cascina Gervasoni is a place characterised by harmony with the surrounding nature and constant equilibrium between man and environment.  Apart from the biological farm, there’s an agritourism hotel and restaurant, the smallest in Bergamo offering a wellness room and a games room: here Cascina Gervasoni tries to enhance interpersonal encounters that can synergically create opportunities for personal and emotional growth.

The Cascina is part of a wider network in the Bergamo area called Ecosostenibilità&Benessere (ECO&BEN, short for Eco-friendliness&Wellness). The farm is also the siege of the Environmental Ethic and Education Centre (CEEA in the Italian acronym), which hosts various associations that run different activities through their volunteer members, such as the “Barter: hospitality for bio farming activities” (“Baratto: Ospitalità per attività Bio-Agricole”, in Italian) project.

 Activities

The Cascina tries to promote and to make people appreciate the value of social agriculture through animation and education in the territory (guided naturalistic visits), participation in local markets and fairs, festivals, activities in schools and in collaboration with various services in the third sector.
